For more than two decades, I sat in the seat your administrative professionals sit in every day.
I’ve supported leaders through high-stakes decisions, organizational change, impossible schedules, and the quiet operational details that keep everything moving. I know firsthand the level of discernment, discretion, emotional intelligence, and strategic awareness this work requires.
